General Technical Specifications

• Steel Chassis (Base Frame)

• Cleaned, primed and painted

External Walls

• External walls using corrugated sandwich panels with 5 cm thickness
• All walls of wash and toilet areas covered by laminated waterproof sheets
• All walls with opening 48×68 cm with steel base for air-condition machines
• All walls with window opening 100×100 or 120×120 cm

Internal Walls

• Sandwich panel covered by both sides decorated by plywood with red varnish colored skirting

Roof

• Steel angle roof truss with dimensions required as per the building space, using runners tubes fixed by 7×7 cm angles covered by galvanized corrugated sheet 0.35 mm
• All roof covered by heat polystyrene insulation
• Pre painted corrugated metal roofing sheet, white color, gauge 29

Plumbing

• PVC sch. 80 for cold & hot water supply piping

False Ceiling

• Inside false ceiling: Armstrong 60×60 or decorated plywood

Electrical

• Power supplies as per requirements
• Adequate distribution panel board 3 phase (Electra with GE breakers or equivalent)
• All wires insulated in PVC pipes inside the walls and inside the false ceiling
