Corporation and Mem Engineering Services. This merger brought together a collection of experts with diverse
experience spanning various industries.
Mem Tech is part of a larger Group of companies each specializing in specific industries, mainly
agriculture commodities supply and agricultural goods processing, industrial commodities and industrial goods
supply, engineering and construction services, oil and gas supply chain management, catering and labor support
services, and shipping among others.
As a necessity to supply our employees with safe and satisfying calorific intake, our Group had to initiate its own catering services effort a number of years ago. Experienced in various projects, Mem catering division has earned a reputation for developing and using leading-edge concepts to solve challenging situations.
Mem Tech is managed by a dedicated team of professional executives with specialized background and expertise and also boasts a large base of highly skilled work force with a wealth of experience in this field. Mem and its affiliates currently service more than 18 camps through long term contracts that link billings to the numbers of staff serviced (estimated at around 30,000 staff in 2012 and 2013)
Mem also offers capabilities in Centralized Kitchen setup and management, enabling full-service catering (food and staff) to corporate and off-premise events. The Central Kitchen tailors and customizes menus according to customers’ tastes and preferences, while also providing pre- packaged ready meals to retail stores, coffee shops, and canteens
